Statement of MazlumDer"WE HAVE EVIDENCED ISRAEL HAS
USED PHOSPHORUS BOMBS"
We hold to document and report of Crimes against
humanity of Israeli army against the population of Gaza, Palestine.
MAZLUMDER International Human Rights investigations mission had been
holding from the days Israel's attacks had began.
The MAZLUMDER mission which has prosecuted a case against Israeli
authorities has on course of analyzing the particles suspected to be
phosphorus bombs evidences it is phosphorus bomb by laboratory
report.
As evidence to our prosecution we will hand over this with our
petition with a press statement at the Sultana met Court to the
prosecutor.
All press, members and heart/mind-companions are invited.

BASIN AÇIKLAMASINA DAVET
"İSRAİLİN FOSFOR KULLANDIĞINI İSPATLADIK"
İsrailin Filistin Gazze halkına yaptığı "insanlık
suçu ve soykırımı" belgelemeye ve raporlamaya devam ediyoruz.
"MAZLUMDER Uluslar arası Hak İhlalleri İzleme"
komitesinin İsrailin saldırılarının başladığı günden beri Gazze'de
araştırmaları devam etti/ediyor.
İsrailli yetkililere suç duyurusunda bulunan
MAZLUMDER heyeti Gazze'den fosfor bombası şüphesi ile getirdiği
parçayı analiz ettirmesi sonucu, fosfor bombası olduğunu laboratuar
raporuyla ispatladı.
Suç duyurusuna delil olarak dilekçe ve raporumuzu
Pazartesi Sultanahmet adliyesinde bir basın açıklaması ile birlikte
savcılığa vereceğiz.
Tüm basın, üye ve gönüldaşlarımız davetlidir.
